KUALA LUMPUR: Popular international superstar Jackie Chan is offering one million renminbi (RM587,709) to anyone who successfully produces the antidote for coronavirus. “I promise to thank any individual or organisation who succeeds in producing the antidote for coronavirus with one million renminbi,” he wrote in the app. The entry has so far received more than 53,000 likes and positive response from app users. Some even suggested that he raised the reward to 10 million renminbi. Up until yesterday, close to 25,000 people in 28 countries have been infected with the virus, and close to 500 fatal cases have been reported.
