International travel is back on from Monday, what’s the latest? Leaving the UK for a holiday is once again permitted from Monday if you live in England or Scotland. It means the requirement to fill out a “declaration to travel” will be dropped and so too the £5,000 fine that was previously levied on anyone escaping the UK for some sunshine.
