LONDON—Three years after the British voted to leave the European Union, families are still fighting over Brexit. The June 2016 referendum exposed a generation gap over attitudes to the European Union, with 71% of 18- to 24-year-olds voting to remain, according to YouGov polling estimates, and 64% of people over the age of 65 voting to leave.
