I am, therefore, calling for the immediate opening of an impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump. That is why I believe it is time to open an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats chose to open an impeachment inquiry based on information they haven't seen and a source they do not know. All you have to do is ask the House that it direct and authorize this committee to conduct an impeachment inquiry. Therefore, today, I am announcing the House of Representatives is moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry.
