Dear Liz,I quit my job in November and took a few weeks off around the end of the year. I responded to an ad for an Office Manager at a family-owned painting company. On my first day, my boss (the company owner) gave me some forms to fill out. My question is, should I quit on my own or wait for her to fire me? I don't see why I should quit just because I see the company melting down around me (you should see our Yelp reviews!)
