ALOR SETAR: A father and son have been remanded following the death of an eight-year-old girl who was killed in a freak shotgun accident in Pokok Sena near here. They are the victim's grandfather and uncle, respectively. Puteri Intan Sharini Mohd Hishamuddin was killed when her uncle accidentally shot her with a shotgun on Wednesday (Dec 13) in the living room of her grandfather's house in Pokok Sena. The girl was lying down watching television in the living room when the incident occurred. The shotgun, which was licensed to the victim's 80-year-old great grandfather, has been seized.
