On Wednesday night she gave the Christchurch-based team another dose, scoring a staggering 70 goals in a record 90-41 win. That was evident when a certain defender known for her fierce and combative nature literally growled at Fowler-Reid as they walked on to the court before a match last year and Fowler-Reid growled back. But with 2810 goals in 59 games for the Steel (91.2% accuracy and an average of 47.6 goals per match), everybody knows her bite is far worse.
