A manhunt remains underway in Southeast Washington, D.C., after two people were shot dead and three others wounded in a neighborhood shooting Wednesday. Police were called to a Congress Heights neighborhood at 1:21 p.m. and found four of the victims in a housing complex’s parking lot. “We do not think there’s an ongoing threat to the public,” Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Contee said at a press conference. 🚨 #BREAKING: FIVE people shot, TWO dead in Southeast DC.
