NEW YORK (AP) " Ivanka Trump is being sued by an Italian shoe company that claims the fashion line carrying her name is selling a knockoff of one of its designs. It also names Marc Fisher Holdings, which produces the shoe line for Ivanka Trump. The lawsuit includes side-by-side pictures of its shoes with those from the Ivanka Trump Collection in order to illustrate similarities. He says "the shoe in question is representative of a trending fashion style" and isn't subject to intellectual property law protection. The suit was filed Tuesday by Aquazzura in federal court in New York against the Republican presidential candidate's daughter.
