Jesse Lipscombe was shooting a video about his love of Edmonton when he was interrupted by a man yelling racial slurs from a car. Lipscombe, an entrepreneur and actor who is black, hopes to use the incident as a platform for change. The middle-aged white man, seated in the front passenger seat, at first denied using the slur, but then grew agitated and started swearing at Lipscombe again before slamming his car door. As the car drove off, the man once again started slinging racist slurs at Lipscombe. “I have seen the video and I condemn the use of racist language by the occupants of the car.
