Santokh Johal, 53, of Leyton, east London was today jailed for 20 yearsHorrifying footage shows the moment a thug sprayed his neighbour in the face with sulphuric acid through his lounge window during a long-running feud. The victim called police on 4 January this year and said Johal was standing outside his home swearing and threatening to stab him. Footage shows Johal, who had armed himself with a bottle of acid, squirt the contents at his neighbour, when he opened his lounge window, while still talking to police. Specialist officers attended the scene and examined the substance, which was identified as being 91 per cent sulphuric acid - it was measured at pH1 level. ‘As far as I am concerned, Mr Johal has got what he wanted and he has ruined me for life.
