Students filmed the shocking moment a teacher grabbed a pupil in a headlock and repeatedly punched him after the boy threw a desk at him. Parents have reacted with outrage after video footage emerged of the incident which happened at Charles Drew High School on Friday. The boy is seen to grab the piece of furniture - a chair with a desk attachment - and hurl it towards the teacher. 'He said (the teacher) was picking on him, trying to make the class laugh, and that made him upset.' It also refused to state whether disciplinary action was taken against the teacher, who was supervising the class when the incident happened.
