Graphic CCTV footage has emerged of the moment an excavator mowed down a 27-year-old woman in Brisbane, before driving away. The woman can be seen crossing Hamilton Place at the intersection of Campbell Street at Bowen Hills when the large vehicle makes a left turn and runs her over.
