The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Wednesday asked the public to assist trace two adults captured in a video urging a minor to smoke bhang. One of the men is seen lying on a bed while the other is seated with the child leaning on his lap. The adults are heard instructing the minor on how to smoke a roll of bhang and, at some point, one of them takes a puff and blows it at the minor’s face. Through the official twitter, DCI: We’re extremely worried about the child. If you can recognise them or have any information that may further our investigations, kindly DM us.
