Police in Mosocho, Kisii County are investigating an incident where a 60-year-old man was found committing an indecent act with a dog. The man's wife reported the case to Mosocho police station after he caught him in the act on Sunday night. She reported that she was in the house when she heard their dog, named Poster, howling and wailing more than usual at around 1.00 am. Police also report that Poster was taken to a veterinary officer to receive treatment as investigations in the case continue. Additionally, Section 163 stipulates that anyone attempting to commit any unnatural offence is liable for imprisonment for 7 years.
