Police have launched investigations into the incident with OCPD Boniface Lisiolo identifying the deceased as 17-year-old Elizabeth Musoi Muunya. According to the police boss, officers also found a suicide note allegedly written by the deceased. I want to join mum and dad in heaven because I cannot take being sent away from school.”
