Lucknow, Jan. 31: Shivpal Yadav today launched an offensive against Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, saying he would float a political party after the Assembly election results are declared on March 11. "You will see (the results)," Shivpal said, after filing his nomination as a Samajwadi Party candidate from Jaswantnagar constituency in Etawah, the home district of the Yadav family. Shivpal was removed as state party president by show of hands at a convention in Lucknow on January 1. Shivpal appealed to his supporters to reject the alliance between the Samajwadi Party and the Congress in Uttar Pradesh. Claiming he had his father's blessings, he said: "Netaji would be the happiest person if the Samajwadi Party forms government again."
