Shipra Rani Debnath CollectedCourt sets Monday for passing order on Sifat's bail petitionA court in Cox's Bazar has granted bail to Shipra Rani Debnath, a crew member of slain Major (retd) Sinha Mohammad Rashed Khan's team, in a narcotics case filed with Ramu police in Cox's Bazar. Cox's Bazar Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Judge Md Delwar Hossain passed the order on Sunday. Arup Barua, lawyer of Shipra, said the court granted the bail until the investigation report is submitted in the case. On August 1, Rifat was handed over to his relatives but Shipra was shown arrested and sent to jail in the narcotics case. Senior Judicial Magistrate Md Helal Uddin rejected their bail petitions and ordered to send them to jail.
