Munshiganj’s Lowhojong Upazilla Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Kabirul Islam confirmed the news. Kabirul said: “Ferry operation was not suspended for too long. It was a brief stop in the progress of traffic movement due to a sudden rough water situation. Ferries loaded with vehicles remained at the docks.”“The ferry services resumed when the weather conditions improved,” he added.
