HARRIS, Mich. (AP) " Thailand's Sherman Santiwiwatthanaphong won the Island Resort Championship on Sunday at Sweetgrass Golf Club for her second career Symetra Tour title. "I feel like I have more confidence now," said Santiwiwatthanaphong, who was texting LPGA Tour star Brooke Henderson after the victory. She also won the season-ending Symetra Tour Championship last year. She earned $18,750 to jump from ninth to third on the money list with $49,523, with the final top 10 earning LPGA Tour cards. The 19-year-old Santiwiwatthanaphong closed with a 3-under 69 in windy conditions to finish at 6-under 210.
