A Louisiana sheriff's deputy and his teacher wife have been charged with a total of 150 offenses including child porn, rape and sexually abusing an animal. Dennis Perkins, 44, and Cynthia Perkins, 34, were indicted by a grand jury in Livingston Parish on Tuesday. They are charged with producing child porn, rape, attempted rape, sexual battery, obscenity and video voyeurism. The former sheriff's deputy is also charged with sexually abusing an animal. Dennis had worked with the sheriff's office since 2002 and was head of the SWAT team when he was arrested.
