For this year’s competition, Pilipinas Shell aims to ignite the power of the youth’s imagination so they can share their vision of a progressive Philippines. Pilipinas Shell’s NSAC is open to all college students currently enrolled in Philippine schools for the year 2018-2019. Grand prize winners across all categories will each be awarded a P60,000 cash prize, while the second and third prize winners will receive P40,000 and P30,000 respectively.
