Shekhar Kapur, who was going to direct Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie 'Paani', has unveiled the script of the movie. Shekhar had promised Sushant that he would complete the shooting of 'Paani'. Sharing a BTS still, Shekhar Kapur tweeted, "Shot 12 years ago. pic.twitter.com/KCilzj5DOc — Shekhar Kapur (@shekharkapur) July 25, 2020Shekhar had hoped that 'Paani' would get completed one day. After Sushant's demise on June 14, 2020, Shekhar Kapur shared a tweet in which he stated that he knew the actor was depressed since six months, and hoped he could do something about it.
