Hasina will leave Dhaka on Dec 12 by road for Tungipara, one of her strongholds. Upon arriving, she will visit the grave of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, her father. At 2:30pm, Hasina will deliver an address as the chief guest of an election rally at the Kotalipara Sheikh Lutfor Rahman Adarsha Govt College field in the constituency. She will then spend the night at her own home in Tungipara and leave for Dhaka at 10am on Thursday. Activists from the Awami League and its allies are working to make the prime minister’s rally a success.
