After nearly six weeks on the loose, Todd John Lewis is back in police custody after being arrested by Codiac Regional RCMP on Monday. Lewis, 36, appeared in Moncton provincial court on Tuesday to face two new charges: escaping from lawful custody and breaching a probation order to complete a domestic violence intervention program.
