Ronnie Xue (right) is now the sole director of export company QEX Logistics after the rest of the board resigned. The NZ Shareholders’ Association says it will use proxy votes to fight the de-listing of QEX Logistics in any upcoming shareholder vote. Supplied Oliver Mander believes QEX leaving the NZX would be the “worst possible outcome” for shareholders. QEX listed in February 2018, with $2.5m of shares. He said QEX would propose that an ordinary resolution of its shareholders other than Xue himself was received for the delisting to go ahead.
