Shannen Doherty's attorney is dismayed by State Farm Insurance's claim that the actress is using her terminal cancer diagnosis as a way to garner "sympathy" in her lawsuit against the company. The "90210" actress' attorney, Devin McRae, told Fox News he finds the insurance company's most recent argument "quite appalling." "It's in line with the continuing contempt, hostility, and lack of respect it's had for Ms. Doherty since the beginning of this claim," McRae told Fox News.
