Ghana's Anthony Baffoe who was Fahmy's deputy is now in charge as the top administrator answering directly to the CAF President. CAF is no stranger to "crazy" politics as witnessed during the almost three decades of rule by former President Isa Hayatou. Amr Fahmy becomes the latest top official to fall out with Ahmad Ahmad after Former Liberia FA Boss Musa Bility resigned from the Emergency Committee of CAF accusing Ahmad of leading the organization in the ‘wrong direction’.
