The Ministry of Interior, the report shows, spent Sh199.8 million on maintenance of motor vehicles and another Sh194.5 million on legal fees. With regards to Personal Emoluments (PE) by ministries, departments and State agencies (MDAs), the report shows Sh88.6 billion was spent in the past three months, raising questions.
