Environment Canada was tracking multiple severe thunderstorms in southern Alberta on Sunday evening. The agency said a strong thunderstorm was located 15 kilometres northwest of Black Diamond at 6:54 p.m., that was moving south at 30 km/h. Other strong thunderstorms were developing to the west, south and east of Calgary.
