The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) confirmed that three people were killed in a crash in the Armagh Road area of Moy after 10pm. “He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda Station in the Eastern Region,” the Garda said in a statement.
