KUALA LUMPUR: Seven people were arrested during anti-vice raids on two entertainment outlets in the city. They were picked up from outlets in Jalan Puchong and Taman Shamelin Perkasa between 2.30am and 7am on Sunday (Jan 21). Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Ghani Mohamad Ji said the suspects, aged between 18 and 40, tested positive for drugs. “We checked 58 people at the outlets, and urine tests came back positive for drugs for seven of them,” he said. ACP Adul Ghani added that those arrested are being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
