PhotoHOUSTON — Seven people were found shot to death at a home in the northern Dallas suburb of Plano on Sunday night, after police officers responded to reports of shots being fired inside the residence, the authorities said. As the authorities searched the house after the shooting, nine gunshot-wound victims were discovered. Seven were dead, and two were wounded and taken to a hospital, the authorities said. “Our first responding officer heard gunshots, made entry in the house and confronted the suspect, ultimately shooting and killing the suspect,” Officer Tilley said. Plano is a fast-growing suburb about 20 miles north of downtown Dallas.
