At Scarborough’s Seven Oaks, the home was aware that its internal analyzing of outbreaks was insufficient, according to the inspection report. Provincial inspectors visiting Seven Oaks in 2019 flagged other concerns with the home’s infection control. The city said Seven Oaks has addressed the deficiencies flagged by the inspections.
