Emergency services are responding to a serious crash at the intersection of Newtons Rd and Dawsons Rd just after 10.15am on Wednesday. Two people were trapped and four people have been injured following a serious crash in Templeton, near Christchurch. A police spokesman said a car and a truck carrying a horse float had collided, causing the car to flip. A Fenz spokesman said two crews from Rolleston and Wigram cut two people free from one of the vehicles. The police serious crash unit will be on scene to investigate the cause.
