A serious crash has been reported in the small Southland settlement of Isla Bank this morning. In a statement, police said they were called to the two-vehicle crash at about 8.40am. Fairfax-Isla Banks Rd is closed at the intersection with Isla Bank-Flints Bush Rd. The Serious Crash Unit has been notified and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
