A TOWNSHIP that houses an array of established institutions, Seri Iskandar has, in recent years, emerged as another “University Town” like Kampar. Developing town Seri Iskandar has its own business square where people sell a variety of food. Universiti Teknologi Petronas is one of the earlier universities that opened its doors in Seri Iskandar in the late 1990s. Apart from education, fresh high school graduate Muhammad Akram Amiruddin, 18, said there are beautiful green sights in Seri Iskandar as well. In recent years, development has grown in Seri Iskandar as they now haveseveral large supermarkets and shopping zones.
