The Libyan Businessmen’s Council‎ (LBC) reported yesterday that on the occasion of the resumption of the work of the Serbian embassy in Tripoli, and the transfer of its services from Tunisia, including its consular section services, the Ambassador of Serbia, Dragon Todorovic, visited the LBC yesterday. During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and support for trade and economic programmes, were discussed. The ambassador expressed his happiness at returning to work in Libya based on his previous experience working at the Serbian embassy in Tripoli, and his good relations with Libyan institutions and bodies in the public and private sectors. He stressed his interest in economic cooperation and empowering the private sector in the two countries to support this sector, as well as interest in exchanging delegations and visits between the two countries. ‎For his part, the LBC Executive Director gave an overview of the LBC and its objectives and stressed its support for cooperation between the two countries and the provision of all facilities in this regard.
