Serba Dinamik said the joint venture agreement will create an opportunity for the company to be awarded with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contract which is valued at about RM295.26 million or USD69.8 million. “Apart from the EPCC Contract, Serba Dinamik will be appointed as the operation and maintenance (O&M) operator under the O&M agreement for 10 years plus additional five years which will enable the company to benefit from a steady income flow in the long term,” it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. The proposed joint venture agreement is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated earnings and earnings of Serba Dinamik in the future, it added. Serba Dinamik’s wholly-owned unit, Serba Dinamik International Ltd will hold 25 per cent in the company while Junaco will hold the remaining 75 per cent.
