For allegedly inflicting injury on his landlord over quit notice, a 70-year-old businessman, Appinner Obilor was on Thursday arraigned in an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos. The accused committed the offences on July 21 at his residence, the prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police Ezekiel Ayorinde told the court. He said that the accused and two others at large conspired to assault his landlord, Mr Waheed Bello over quit notice. The offences contravened Sections 173 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. Osunsanmi, said that the sureties should be gainfully employed and show evidence of two years tax payment to the Lagos State Government.
