It touched a high of 28,148.56 and a low of 27,900.91 in morning trade.The Nifty50 was trading at 8,662 up 70 points or 0.82 per cent. Overall trading range for the Nifty50 stands at 8,500-8,800 for the near term. Some 1,300-odd BSE-listed firms are scheduled to announce their earnings during the week. As many as 163 others will announce their numbers on Saturday.Most Asian markets were trading higher this morning. Japan's benchmark Nikkei was trading up 0.88 per cent at 16,881.
