MUKAH: A 65-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping his niece, who is now 15 weeks pregnant. He said the secondary school student had consulted the doctor for not having her period for the past two months. "A medical observation by the doctor revealed that the girl is now 15 weeks pregnant," he said. According to DSP Jimmy, the girl disclosed that she had consensual sex with the suspect since April this year. DSP Jimmy said that the suspect was arrested on Monday and will be remanded forseven days until Oct 17.
