Nyandarua Senator Methu Muhia has come under fierce criticism for taking a selfie with Mozambique President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi. President Filipe was in the country for the inaugural Africa Climate Summit. The senator who had been assigned as the Escort of Honour to the Mozambique president shared pictures of them in meetings and also in the car. He went on to say that he had an opportunity to tap into his very rich political experience and his belief in strong political parties. "I have later seen him off and will pay him a visit in Maputo to deepen the relationship."
