Sen. Patrick Brazeau is to appear in Gatineau on Tuesday on new charges of drunk driving and refusing to submit to an alcohol test. It would be the second recent drunk driving incident for Brazeau, who was arrested Oct. 13, 2014 in a parked car in Gatineau. The SQ spokesman also said he could not comment on reports that Brazeau was later taken to hospital in an ambulance. RelatedIn October, 2015, Brazeau was granted an unconditional discharge after pleading guilty in September on assault and drug charges. The senator also faces fraud accusations in relation to his Senate expenses.
