Senate Minority Leader James Orengo has slammed cliques in Harambee House indicating that the recent by-elections have highlighted their failure which could tear the country apart. Orengo spoke on Saturday at Asembo in Rarieda where he accused a cabal of high profile civil servants of trying to undermine the handshake and the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) process. On a day of elections there should be total peace, and whereas Harambee House likes condemning politicians, this time round I’m condemning the administration, the people in Harambee House and the police,”he said. He cautioned the said civil servants against meddling in politics of the nation warning that this could lead to anarchy, further stating that he will expose them in due time. “Whenever civil servants who are part of a cabal try to chart the destiny of a nation for their own personal interest, there can never be any peace.
