Share TweetBy Mario B CasayuranThe Senate has appealed to the South Korean government to help bring back to the country its citizen linked to the half-billion peso “shabu” (crystal meth) scandal in Mexico, Pampanga in 2013. Supposedly found in Lee’s house was some 200 kilos of ‘’shabu’’ (crystal meth) but only 38 kilos were declared by police as ‘’evidence.’’The bulk of the shabu was valued at P640 million. PNP operatives reportedly ‘’kidnapped’’ Lee but set him free after giving paying P50 million in ransom. An innocent Chinese was presented as owner of the drugs in lieu of Lee.
