Viral dashcam video posted on Facebook Friday shows an out-of-control semi-truck crushing an unoccupied patrol car on a Wyoming highway due to high winds. Wyoming Highway Patrol Lt. Kelly Finn says the crash could have been a lot worse if the police vehicle was occupied. The trucker apparently ignored a high wind advisory prohibiting commercial vehicles on that stretch of road. Wyoming Highway Patrol posted the video Friday morning as a reminder to heed high wind advisories. The video had been viewed nearly 4 million times as of Saturday morning.
