JOHOR BARU: Convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah (pic) has allowed the police to monitor him closely, said Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar. "He informed us that he wants to stay in the Klang Valley and I would like to assure the public not to worry about his stay in the area (Klang Valley)," he said. Khalid said the police recorded a statement from Selva Kumar when he arrived at KLIA on Tuesday. Selva Kumar, 56, returned to Malaysia after serving his 24-year sentence for sexually assaulting dozens of women in Toronto, Canada.
