The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) arrested three persons on Tuesday for the unauthorized selling of rapid test kits in Barangay Don Bosco in Parañaque City. Albert Ignatius Ferro said Ace Dimapilias, Charisse Purino and Addin Bacaran were captured in an entrapment operation. Seized from them were test kits worth P4 million. Also confiscated were assorted live ammunition, an ammunition reloader, gunpowder and firearm paraphernalia. “This would be a clear message to all companies and other online sellers selling all types of FDA-certified Covid-19 test kits that it is strictly prohibited to be sold online and anyone caught doing this may face criminal charges,” Eleazar said.
