KUALA LUMPUR: A 58-year-old ex-military man was arrested by police for allegedly promoting and marketing various ganja-based products on social media, and for also selling the products from his house in Kampung Delek Dalam in Klang near here. He said the man, whose moniker is 'Dr Ganja', even claimed that his products could cure all sorts of illnesses. DCP Kang said the man had promoted the benefits of using ganja and hemp on social media and had garnered a following. He added that police also seized 18 ganja plants, 4kg of powder believed to be ganja, and 72kg of ganja seeds. DCP Kang added that all three suspects tested positive for the drug and have been remanded for seven days.
